Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A POP UP PICNIC?
A: You can choose from either of our two packages: The Carefree & The Posh Pop Up Picnic Package. Each package includes a table, seating, decor, food & drink for you and your guests plus all setup & cleanup for your entire event. For food, you get a charcuterie board for the table or you can upgrade to individual meals based off of menus that we will provide you at booking. For drinks, you can either choose from flavored sparkling or still water for your guests.
Q: HOW DO I SELECT A LOCATION?
A: When choosing a location you can either choose to do it at a private residence, one of our preferred locations that we can provide to you at the time of booking or inquire with us about a specific public area that you have in mind. Keep in mind any terrain in a special area that might make it too difficult to set up at, such as: long trails, hills, extremely sandy areas, etc. We prefer to be able to have vehicle access to the location to make setup go as smoothly as possible!
Q: DOES THE LV PICNIC CO TEAM STAY DURING THE PICNIC?
A: No we do not. We leave after you're settled and return once your picnic reservation ends. If you need us during your picnic, you can call or text your LV Picnic Co. Concierge and they can be on site within minutes to help you resolve any issue.
Q: DO I NEED A PERMIT?
A: That depends on a few factors, such as: the location, number of people. etc. LV Picnic Co. packages do not require a permit at any of our preferred locations. If you request a special spot that we do not typically work at, we will be sure to let you know if a permit is needed.
Q: WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds but we are more than happy to accommodate a change in your reservation time without penalty up to 48 hours before your picnic. After that, there is a food charge of $25 per person but you still have your remaining balance to use toward a future picnic.
Q: WHAT ABOUT BAD WEATHER?
A: While it is extremely rare for us to have bad weather here in Las Vegas, we sometimes have to move locations or change dates due to weather. If that looks like it may affect your reservation, we will contact you in advance of your picnic to discuss your options with you. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to weather.
Q: DO YOU OFFER VEGAN, VEGETARIAN, GLUTEN FREE, AND DAIRY FREE OPTIONS?
A: OF COURSE WE DO! We can accommodate most dietary needs, just be sure to make a note when completing your booking and when we get in touch with you we will be sure to go into more depth about any dietary restrictions and needs!
